The °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹æÂÉÂÛ̳ was one of 10 ‘’ in the BBSRC’s Excellence with Impact competition, which has been run over the last three years.  

The °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹æÂÉÂÛ̳ received a special commendation for outstanding practice in the area of public dialogue and its openness around the use of animals in research.    Competitors were required to produce a ‘Vision for Impact’ at the start and to demonstrate how this had been implemented throughout the competition, culminating in a final report and presentations to a judging panel.   RVC’s ‘Vision’ focused particularly on a One Health message and championing the value of research that could be translated between applications in human and animal medicine.
